DIG implements projects in multiple countries and is continuously striving to
improve our social interaction with the local residents. It is extremely
important to us that our projects only positively impact the local residents. We
believe that through coordinated efforts with our clients, vendors and employees
we can efficiently reduce social inequality and positively contribute to the
lives of people we work with and around. As part of DIG’s social policy, we are

Escalation Mechanism:
In
the absence of any response/unsatisfactory response from any of the above
points within 5 working days, you may escalate your complaint per (d) below
based on your convenience.
